Little Acts of Decluttering #minimalist
So I am back again with some more helpful tips to create small, daily decluttering habits. These little acts of decluttering are designed as a way of building up natural decluttering habits that will begin to feel like second nature over time. By decluttering one small area at a time, you will begin to transform your space into a calm and tidy space.
- Socks
- Underwear
- Pet toys
- Handbag
- Curtains
- Bookshelf
- Coffee table
- Wine glasses
- Baking trays
- Kitchen appliances
- Saucepans
- Vases
- Fill a box
- Old birthday and Christmas cards
- Board games
Which areas were the most challenging?
I found the old birthday and Christmas cards the most challenging. Which is bizarre as I think when I looked through them I could honestly say I had never looked at any of them since the occasion that they were given. I decided to only keep ones with really personal messages in (which were only a handful) and I decluttered the rest.
I would love to know how you are getting on with these little acts of decluttering. Have you started to see a change in your home and what you now bring in to your space?

For each section, be thorough and fair to yourself. Know that you have the power to create a clutter free home and to do so will take time and effort. However, these little acts help to break it down into different areas so that the task because manageable.
